If your order has a mixture of preorder/backorder and in-stock items, your parcel will only be sent after preorder/backorder items are ready. If you wish to receive your in-stock items earlier, kindly opt for separate shipment.
5. May I hold shipment for my orders and ship them together to save on shipping fees?
